The following conditions apply to all returns (Condition of item when the item is received by Dig Jungle from customer):

Unopened and sealed (Sticker is untouched) – Full refund for the cost of the product (excluding any shipping and handling charges paid by the customer).

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance to return item to Digjungle
Condition - Opened
*
OPENED but not used (sticker is removed or cut open). – Full Refund less 15% (restocking fee) for the cost of the item
*
“Not used” means that all settings are set to original factory settings with no passwords or customer software installed.
*
(Note: a Windows 7 operating system will startup and show “starting windows for the first time” if it is new and unused)
Condition - Opened and used

Refund varies based on condition of the item and the time it takes a technician to restore the item to factory settings.

Typically the refund is 85% of the cost of product.
Condition - Defective

If within 14 days your item is deemed to be defective then Dig Jungle will issue a full refund for the cost of the laptop and all shipping paid by the customer
